この作品には、昨年開催された「"All That We Have Now" Release Tour」の東京・新木場STUDIO COAST公演からアルバム「All That we Have Now」の楽曲を中心にセレクトしたライブ映像と、今年3月に行われた「Short Tour 2013」の大阪・Zepp Namba公演からミニアルバム「NEXTREME」の楽曲を中心に選曲したライブ映像を収録。

さらにビデオクリップや、メンバーそれぞれが生い立ちから現在までを語るロングインタビューも収められた充実の内容となっている。
